Visit our vaulted cellars cut into the rock and see our exhibition of tools formerly used in producing the famous Crémant de Bourgogne sparkling wines.
Here you can taste all the AOC wines of the Côte Chalonnaise (Bouzeron, Rully, Mercurey, Givry, Montagny,) as well asthe crémants we produce on the estate.
Based in Rully since 1942, the Maison André Delorme has established its reputation on solid foundations. We now devote our efforts partly to Côte Châlonnaise wines, partly to Crémants de Bourgogne, deeply attached as we are to every one of the terroirs of the Côte Chalonnaise.
Our Maison vinifies grapes from each village, treating each withthe respect due to its distinctive characteristics.
Sparkling crémant wines, meanwhile, are at their very best in Bourgogne: our subtle blends of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grapes produce top-quality crémants of great finesse.

Formula 6 wines and gougères farandole
Visit the cellars and taste a Crémant de Bourgogne, 2 premiers crus and 3 appellations villages, accompanied by gougères, a Burgundian speciality made from choux pastry and cheese, with a variety of flavours: Comté, Epoisses, snails in parsley, mustard seed... (84€ from 1 to 6 people and 14€ per additional person). Other tasting cheeses are available, in the form of a mâchon bourguignon or a cocktail lunch.
