The kitchen of the Maison Lameloise is run by Eric Pras who has worked with the greatest, from the Troisgros brothers to Paul Bocuse and Bernard Loiseau. Today, he continues the beautiful legacy of a family house opened in 1921. In the plates, the Burgundian tradition is transmitted in all its generosity, from the starter to the dessert, for an exceptional meal.
