Le Chalet du jardin


At the foot of the Bonne Mère, perched atop Puget Hill in the Jardin des Colonnes, and overlooking the Old Port, Sépia restaurant opened its doors in March 2017.

Adult menu: 38€.

This old, outdated snack bar has been entirely redesigned and decorated with the precious help of architect Olivier Sabran and graphic designer Julien Bouvet to reflect the proposed cuisine: simple but refined.

The copper notes refer to the sepia color of the name as well as to the primary utensil of the cook: the copper pan.

In any season you can have lunch or dinner in a warm and cosy atmosphere: two large shaded terraces on the edge of the park welcome you under the pine trees in fine weather.
Inside, large bay windows offer an unobstructed view of the harbor of Marseilles.

Below the restaurant, a vegetable garden hosts vegetables and aromatic herbs. It will soon be open to customers, for a moment out of time.
