A local and seasonal cuisine Everything comes from Ardèche, and so does the chef's inspiration! From traditional dishes like bombine to international dishes like pizza, there is always a local touch in our Ardèche restaurant.

We cook with local products cultivated by our neighboring producers, most often organic: cold cuts, eggs, cheeses, Ardèche dairy products, chestnut cream and jams, lavender, olive oil... Even the snails are from the village!

We make the dishes we serve ourselves every day, which can sometimes take a little time but will delight your taste buds!
