In barely ten years, the wines of Château Henri Bonnaud, produced by Stéphane Spitzglous, have made a name for themselves. In tribute to his grandfather, he decided to name his first vintage in 2004 « Château Henri Bonnaud ». He made the choice of an organic conversion in 2010 for the whole estate,
A reputation that is still discreet, but deserved for an estate which, with each vintage, reinforces the reputation of the Palette appellation.

We welcome you to the domain for wine tasting, from Monday to Friday from 10:00 am to 12:00 am and from 2:00 pm to 6:00 pm; and on Saturday from 10:00 am to 1:00 pm and from 2:00 pm to 6:00 pm. We propose the visit of our cellars on reservation all year long, and regular slots during the summer season (from April to August). On Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays, we meet at the winery at 2:30 pm for a free visit and tasting upon registration. After a tasting, we will take you to discover our wine-making cellar and our barrel cellar. We will then share with you some secrets about the elaboration of our wines, our winemaking methods and the history of our estate.
