Since 2007, Vincent and his wife Lucie have been following in the footsteps of the family business. Together, they have transformed the estate's winegrowing techniques in converting the estate to organic farming practices, and in taking over the development of the business.

In the Teulon family, the treasure that has been passed down from father to son for seven generations is a sixty-five-hectare winegrowing estate. Since Vincent and Lucie took over the estate, it has been managed according to sustainable farming practices. They began with the traditional methods of working when they took over the estate, but Vincent then progressively began to change the way of working, moving towards a more integrated approach, by limiting the use of crop protection products as much as possible. Confusion between male and female grapevine plants and the decrease in the use of pesticides led him to the decision in 2009, to convert to organic farming practices.
That was when the estate stopped using weedkillers, synthetic chemical products and insecticides completely.
A decision to go back to basic farming practices, with the goal of improving the authenticity of the estate's wines and to really get the best quality from the terroir.
