A little history lesson about this unique and different bouchon! Before being a bouchon, the premises housed 'Les Oliviers', a Marseillais bistro, for 14 years. Before that, the Mère Brazier was there since 1998. Today Julien Gautier and Emmanuel Tachon-Foley are creating their own story. The menu is full of Lyonnais specialties and seasonal dishes. Decor is that of a traditional 'bouchon', but with a little personal touch.
The establishment is committed to the wearing of a mask or face shield; providing alcohol-based hand sanitizer; ensuring compliance with physical distancing requirements between tables; deploying an online booking system for menus.
