Also on the menu are dishes by Michelin-starred chef Julien Allano! For the fall-winter menu, he offers a guinea fowl leg with organic Aix&Terra summer truffle mustard and roasted butternut, or an organic soft-boiled egg with Aix&Terra organic cep tarragon cream, spinach and mushrooms. Between two boutiques, sweet tooths can come and gather strength over a good Valrhona hot chocolate or aix&terra tea, all accompanied by homemade pastries: organic olive oil and basil cookie with aix&terra lemon cream, baked apple with aix&terra caramel cream and fleur de sel de Camargue, or the very comforting Valrhona chocolate cream mousse with aix&terra marrons glacés.
