Take your prepaid card, which you will have bought at reception, and head for our tasting room, equipped with the Enomatic system, which preserves all the organoleptic qualities of the wine by avoiding oxidation caused by air. A selection of over 30 wines awaits you. These are available for sale at producer prices. The team at the Grand Chalon Tourist Office is also on hand to help you discover the whole of our region (its landscapes, its cycle paths, its heritage, its festivities, etc.).
This wine-tasting cellar provides visitors with a selection of 32 wines to choose from, using an ‘enomatic’ machine which preserves the qualities of the wine by preventing any contact with air and also allows visitors to manage their own tasting experience (between €9.90 and €23 per person).
