You’ll be spending the morning with the chef, who will take you on a tour of his vegetable garden where he grows his own produce, then you’ll meet a Charolais beef producer and after that you’ll have a personalised cookery class (you can choose the dish you’d like to cook) and enjoy a drink with the whole team, before finally taking a seat in one of the two restaurants. Possible extra for the afternoon: you can meet a cheese maker/maturer and/or fly over the Charolais region in a hot-air balloon or a small plane.
