Moulin Cornille - Coopérative Oléicole de la Vallée des Baux

The olive-oil mill Moulin Cornille welcomes you to the 17th-century mill where they have been making olive oil for centuries.

Packaging from 25CL to 5L from 24€.
Free visits on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 11am from Easter to the end of September (minimum 5 people) on reservation.

Since 1924 the olive oil mill has been a cooperative mill. The character of the olive oils the mill produces comes from the Baux-de-Provence valley, and the blending of the 5 varieties of olives that grow on this unique terroir: Salonenque, Grossane, Béruguette also known as Aglandau, Verdale des Bouches du Rhône and Picholine).

The mill specilaises in "fruité noir" olive oil that is mild, with aromas of black olive, cocoa, yeasted bread. It also makes a fruité vert olive oil, organic oil, and single-variety oils from Picholine and Grossane.

THe mill has a great shop with regional products such as jams (confitures de Mr Camous) honey (miel du mas blanc), olives from the Baux valley... And a large choice of gift boxes full of goodies for great gifting.

We welcome groups and individuals:
