We’ll tell you about our family history, our organic farming practices, our terroir, and the stages of winemaking and ageing. The experience continues with an introductory wine tasting session, complete with educational materials, to help you learn how to observe, smell and analyse a wine. Tasting of six wines from the estate (subject to availability), including Burgundy, Village and Premier Cru appellations.
