Meet up at 9.45 am over a drink at the estate.
Your truffle discovery day begins at 10 am with one of our dog and his master : they will show you how to dig out truffles from the ground.
Back at the wine estate to enjoy truffle buttered toasts together with our wines.
Lunch «Menu Truffe de Marie-Laure» : starter, main course, cheese and dessert served with our wines ; tea or coffee.

Truffle digging with the Winemaker

Truffle digging is a skill we love to share with passion. It is about looking for truffles in the oak trees’ fields, together with a trained and dog gifted with a great sense of smell. You’ll discover how to “hunt” a truffle properly!
Then you’ll come back in our wine tasting cellar to warm up and try our tasteful range of white, rosé and red wines.

Truffle digging (as described previously)
Visit our winery: learn about our history, and the Grignan les Adhémar appellation. We’ll tell you all about the three different wine making processes for whites, rosés and reds. You’ll discover our wooden barrels store house, and how important a proper wine ageing in wood is.
Then you’ll come back in our wine tasting cellar to warm up and try our tasteful range of white, rosé and red wines, along with truffle slices or truffle buttered toasts.

You can book this service besides one of the above: we’ll take you to Richerenches’s truffle market, in order to discover all the customs of these very unusual sales.

You may brighten up your 100% Truffle day with a lunch in our family wine estate, where you’ll appreciate a range of tasteful truffle dishes.
“Scrambled eggs” Menu : scrambled eggs, Ravioles (pasta and cheese speciality) with truffles, truffled cheese… sweetness, coffee and wines.
“Black Truffles” Menus : 2 different set menus prepared with today’s market: your menu will be made up of a starter, a main dish, a platter of cheese and a truffled dessert. Wines are of course included.
Rooted in Grignan Les Adhémar terroir tradition, Domaine de Montine combines viticulture and truffle cultivation over generations. In winter, explore the hidden riches of these family land. Follow Jean-Luc and his truffle dog through oak plantations, attend the "truffle hunting", this rare mushroom extraction and taste a menu designed for you about the truffle unique flavours.
