An immersive experience of production, with tasting
The Gaugry cheese dairy makes Époisses PDO, Soumaintrain PGI, Petit Gaugry l'Ami du Chambertin... A know-how that is almost unique in France and requires great mastery and passion. The cheese dairy is currently undergoing changes. Visits and tastings will be suspended during the works until the end of 2027, but you can find your favourite and emblematic cheeses in a temporary shop. Enter from the rear of our site, towards the Super U car park.
