THE SECRET of the herbarium

Visitors are invited to explore the production facilities, learn about the main stages of distillation, discover the raw materials used (plants, spices, citrus fruits) and taste a selection of spirits made on site. The distillation workshops offer a unique participatory experience: participants compose their own recipe, distil it on a dedicated still and leave with their own personalised bottle of gin. The whole experience takes place in an authentic setting in the heart of Burgundy.
