In our shop, come and discover our farm-raised meats and farm-made charcuterie. All our products come from the farm and are certified AB. In addition to our open-air rearing, which is visible in the village, we process all our produce in our on-farm cutting room. We'll show you how to make genuine farmhouse charcuterie with exceptional flavour and no additives or nitrites.
