The Chef and his team offer traditional French cuisine, with dishes inspired by the region's culinary heritage. Menus evolve with the seasons, combining simplicity with respect for the product. The menu includes roast poultry, simmered meats, fish cooked à la minute, and vegetables prepared according to their natural textures and flavors.

Desserts feature fruits of the moment and seasonal pastry creations. Le Bistrot 270 also offers a menu: the Menu Bistrot, available for lunch and dinner depending on the season.

The restaurant welcomes guests in the dining room or on the terrace overlooking the 4-hectare wooded park and the Domaine bastide. It is open Monday to Friday, for lunch and dinner, by prior arrangement.

In his dishes, which tell the story of the terroir with sincerity and passion, the Chef follows the rhythm of the seasons and honors the classics of French culinary heritage with happiness and subtlety. Roast poultry rubs shoulders with lamb confit and grilled Ardèche pork belly, while seasonal vegetables rival one another for crunchiness.
As for desserts, gourmets are in for a treat with seasonal spiced roasted quince, lavender honey ice cream, fruit tarts and more.
