Les Ursulines - Craft beer factory
CrémieuBased in the former church of the 18th-century Ursuline convent in Crémieu, a medieval town less than an hour from Lyon, Olivier and his brewers create a dozen draught beer recipes over the seasons.
Within these ancient walls, Olivier and his team brew beers full of character and expression, with a constant focus on the quality of the raw ingredients, which are selected with the utmost care.
The beers are mainly triples, which the brewers age for a long time and referment in the bottle for added elegance.
The result: rich, refreshing and aromatic beers.
Throughout the seasons, the Brasserie des Ursulines responds to the desires of the moment:
a light white beer when it's hot, the unusual Médiévale during the medieval festivals in Crémieu, the powerful Brune in winter, the tasty Noël for the festive season, and the aromatic Printemps when the warm weather returns.
