Ode Marine restaurant
The chef has worked in some of the great restaurants in France and Japan. Thanks to his concept, you can discover all the best products the sea can offer, in a cosy atmosphere. All customers seated at the same table will be served the same set menu.
The chef, Christophe Beucher, has worked in fine-dining establishments in France and Japan, including a Michelin-starred restaurant.
This experience led to him opening 'La Romance des Saisons' in Romans-sur-Isère in 2011. In 2012, he was recognised by the Michelin guide.
Unfortunately, in 2015, Christophe Beucher sold his restaurant at Place Puits du Chevel. He went back to Japan to work on his culinary techniques with fish, in all its forms.
The energetic, creative, passionate chef with a love for French and Japanese cuisine is delighted to be back in France to embark on a new adventure, in partnership with his former waiter Alban Bourret. This maitre d' will delight customers by preparing the fish right in front of you. And he will also tell you about the region's best vintage wines.
Christophe Beucher and Alban Bourret are delighted to welcome you to their brand-new concept restaurant, 'Ode Marine' in Bourg-de-Péage. All the set menus are branded 'Omakassé' which means 'I trust you chef' in Japanese. This concept will showcase all the best products that the sea can offer us, combined with the chef's creative inspiration.
