Possibility of reservation on other dates between October 25 and November 6 for groups of 15 people minimum Visit of a saffron plantation at the time of the harvest of the flowers of crocus sativus. Demonstration, explanation of the stages of the harvest, participation for those who wish it with the gathering of the flowers and their pruning (stage to withdraw the pistil of the flower and to obtain the saffron). Tasting of a saffron aperitif (syrup or kir) accompanied by saffron appetizers allowing a gustatory experience. It will be proposed to the visitors to smell the saffron, to taste a raw pistil.
