Opened in March 2008 by Jean-Christophe, it is now his son Vincent who is in charge of the wine service and accompanies your meal with explanations about the house, the wines and Burgundy.


The maximum capacity is 34 people, spread over two rooms.


Access for people with reduced mobility.


The tastings proposed by the estate at our Table d'Hôtes, vary according to the year in order to make you discover our panel which extends over about forty appellations: Côte de Nuits and Côte de Beaune as well as the Chablisien.


We propose 3 Tasting Menus: Initiation, Seduction and Sensation to be chosen with a typical Burgundian menu

To cross the threshold of La Table de Pierre Bourée is to become part of the history of a family of wine merchants and growers who have been rooted in Gevrey-Chambertin for over 160 years. Our gourmet offer is a true celebration of the local heritage. Around our table d'hôte, we offer an immersion experience where the wine dictates the food. The menu, created with the seasons in mind, features products from our partner producers (traditional charcuterie, mature cheeses, traditional stews).
