Patrick Bourgeois created in 2011 a biscuit factory right on the exit 7 (Bourg Sud) on the highway A40.
His main biscuits called "La Gaudriole" (also declined with savoury flavors and flavors like caramel, coconut, lemon, chocolate) is made with a local and unique local product : the "Gaude" flour, a grilled corn flour. This flour will give a brown colour and a slight taste of caramel.
In the shop, you can also buy bread, pastries, sandwiches, and a large range of local products.
"Les Gaudélices" have a large parking area and can welcome groups up to 25 persons (3€ per person including tasting and a video). Visits are on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 10h00 or 15h00.
At the "Gaudélices", everything is local, authentic and homemade.

An audiovisual presentation as well as a glazed gallery will enhance the discovery in the heart of the biscuit factory.
