Our passionate team will be there to welcome you, and take you on a gourmet experience:
- Tasting of our organic red, white and rosé wines: AOC Côtes du Rhône, Côtes du Rhône Village Saint Andéol, Côtes du Vivarais, PGI Ardèche. This tasting session can take place in the wine cellar during opening hours or with a prior booking, and can be combined with a tour of the storehouses and vineyard.
- Organic gourmet bistro-style meal out on the terrace: a simple, organic and seasonal menu, concocted with loving care and attention by Raphaël Pommier, the chef and winegrower. All dishes are perfectly paired with the estate's wines.
- Outings/activities/original visits: on the theme of the terroir and with our sporting, cultural and gourmet partners. Table du Vigneron (from Easter to September): an organic peasant bistronomy thanks to the alliance of a young chef and a cook winemaker. Viti-sophrology: sensory journey in the middle of the vines conducted organically. Animation carried out with the help of a qualified sophrologist and the winemaker. Service combining activities awakening the senses and perceptions, up to the tasting of natural wine in conscience, with the winemaker. SpéléOenologie®: discover wines in absolute darkness - 80 meters underground in the heart of the Grotte de Saint-Marcel-d'Ardèche. Vélœnologie: stroll through the heart of organic vines, accompanied by a qualified sports guide, in order to combine the sporting aspect with a sensory journey, interspersed with moments of wine-growing encounters and tasting.
