Mathias Dandine is both the chef and owner and he is always delighted to give his customers a warm welcome to his Michelin-starred restaurant in the Bouches-du-Rhône, where he showcases the French culinary arts in a contemporary style of Provence.
When you enter the restaurant, you'll be seated at a perfectly presented table. Everything appears so simple but yet so elegant at the same time. In keeping with this style, the chef has opted for a white dinner service for main dishes which is extremely minimalistic so that the product is highlighted, another service is devoted to desserts.
Cutlery is all silverware, and just like the glassware, it takes customers back to the time of the old manor houses and creates a very elegant style on the tables.
