Le Bouchon Sully

Lyon

Le Bouchon Sully is a new traditional 'bouchon' restaurant in the 6th 'arrondissement' of Lyon, that opened on the 1st October 2014! This is the new restaurant from Julien Gautier, a native of Lyon and owner of the 'M Restaurant', and Emmanuel Tachon-Foley, a native of the Beaujolais region. Together, they make quite a pair!

PriceA la carte: 11 to 26 € Adult menu: from 27 € Group menu: 27 to 34 € Dish of the day: 14 € Menu of the day: from 22 €.

Here's a little history lesson about this unique and different kind of 'bouchon'! Before becoming a 'bouchon', it was 'Les Oliviers', a bistro, managed by Marseillais Olivier Canal for 14 years.

Well before that, this was chef Mathieu Viannay's very first establishment, it was here that the Mère Brazier's chef first came when he arrived in Lyon in 1998.

Today, Julien Gautier, chef and owner of M Restaurant, and Emmanuel Tachon-Foley, front of house, are creating their own story. Their menu is full of specialities of Lyon and seasonal dishes. It has been decorated to resemble a traditional 'bouchon' restaurant, but with a little added personal touch.
