The establishment was redecorated during the summer of 2013, creating a unique style for this restaurant offering excellent value for money in Lyon.

When he entrusted the kitchens of M Restaurant to Julien Gautier, the former head chef at Léon de Lyon, Mathieu Viannay knew that this was a long-term decision. And it has to be said that today Julien's cuisine has not disappointed, far from it.

This restaurant has become a firm favourite now for many of its regulars, who are fans of the style of cuisine that combines classic, traditional dishes with the chef's own personal touch. The focus is always on his source of inspiration, seasonal produce from the market, and the wine cellar is well stocked. You can expect impeccable service from Emmanuel and his front-of-house team. Pretty outdoor terrace surrounded by lush greenery during the summer season.
