William Frachot restaurant
LE CHAPEAU ROUGE BY WILLIAM FRACHOT, A BURGUNDIAN STORY. A two-starred chef-owner since 2013, Le Chapeau Rouge has established itself as a gastronomic landmark in Burgundy. Firmly rooted in the region and its terroir, William Frachot's cuisine is the synthesis of a twofold ambition: to tell the story of contemporary Burgundy, but also his own vision. His first Michelin star was awarded in 2003, and his second in 2013: the number 3 seems to bring him good luck!
An ode to the terroir and to creativity
This former 19th-century coaching inn, where rooms and suites welcome you right in the heart of Dijon city centre, is also offering a new breakfast experience, also available to guests from outside the hotel.
