Domaine du Mas de Rey
The Domaine du Mas de Rey offers the widest range of rare, local, single-vineyard wines that express the character of the Camargue terroir.
100% Caladoc, 100% Chasan or 100% Marselan from the oldest vines in the world. Discover also the fruity and fresh wines of the Esprit range, and the gourmet and complex wines of the Les Secrets de Cornille range.
At the heart of our Camargue region, the 110 hectares of vines are divided between 2 main terroirs. We discovered the sandy-loam soils around the estate, ideal for producing our oldest Marselan. We also found plots of land on the Crau plateau, an exceptional place where Chardonnay and Syrah thrive. These stony, clay-limestone soils are ideal for producing great wines. Domaine du Mas de Rey is an independent winegrower with over fifteen different grape varieties.
The oldest vines are around thirty years old, while others have been planted recently. A young, healthy vineyard that allows us to produce quality grapes. We grow rare, local varieties such as Chasan, Caladoc and Marselan. The oldest Marselan in the world was planted in front of the estate. You'll find this indigenous grape variety in every one of our red wines, whether blended or single-varietal. We are interested in new ways of growing vines. As part of our commitment to respecting the environment, we have planted grape varieties that are resistant to vine diseases and require less treatment. One of our recent challenges has been to convert to organic farming in 2020. The estate should be certified in 2023.
Recently refurbished with care to offer an unforgettable experience, the estate has two charming and elegant accommodation units, which can be used for receptions and seminars or can be entirely privatised.

Mas Saint Germain
Pierre and Monique Vadon decided to open their farmhouse to visitors seeking an authentic Camargue experience and a connection with nature, offering horseback riding, lodging in a guesthouse, and bed-and-breakfast accommodations—and they’ve been doing so for 35 years. This Camargue farmhouse practices organic farming, and sheep have given way to the raising of Camargue bulls. The ride takes place in this exceptional region, featuring natural landscapes such as the sansouïre, the marshes, and the Étang de Vaccarès, which attracts over 80,000 birds annually, including the famous pink flamingos.
We offer horseback rides for all skill levels, in small groups or as private tours: a 2-hour activity where we provide personalized service by assigning horses based on experience; then we go to the pasture to fetch the horses, groom them, and saddle them up together. The tour is led by the instructor, who explains rice farming, traditional bull and horse breeding, and the wild landscapes teeming with birds.
For private rides, we offer an optional birdwatching tour and an aperitif with a glass of prosecco upon return!
We also offer group and private riding lessons, as well as courses combining lessons and rides.
Children are welcome in lessons and rides starting at age 6.
For ages 2 to 5, you can lead your child on a walk on our little Shetland pony, Zéphyr.

Camargue Coquillages
We are passionate about our profession as shellfish producers, and we do our utmost to provide our customers with top-quality products that respect marine biodiversity. We are committed to providing you with the very best of the sea, fresh and delicious products, as well as a great service. But our mission doesn't stop there, as we are also committed to preserving the waters of the Camargue Regional Nature Park by raising awareness with visitors/customers about the issues faced by professionals.
The organic shellfish, oysters and mussels offered by Camargue Coquillages are certified organic and comply with the European Union Organic Farming regulations. The organic certification guarantees that the production methods respect the environment and the well-being of the animals.
A lower density of shellfish per table (fewer ropes) reduces the pressure exerted on the environment, and also the death rate of the shellfish (no spreading of diseases), therefore providing our customers with better quality products.
Shellfish from natural collection methods, certified organic.
The most important point is that the Perle de Camargue® is a diploid oyster, and therefore natural, compared to the triploid oyster, for which consumption is higher in France and which is harmful to the environment.
Production methods that are certified organic are guaranteed to respect the natural environment. As we are in the Camargue Regional Nature Park, we have a duty to respect this environment. Several years ago, we set up a partnership with the Festival de la Camargue et du Delta du Rhône to raise awareness about our marine environment.
Traceability is essential in ensuring the customer is provided with a healthy, top-quality product.
