Become a chef for a pochouse

Take part in an authentic culinary workshop based around pochouse, an emblematic speciality from the banks of the Saone. Accompanied by the chef, participants discover the history of this traditional dish, learn the preparation techniques and make the recipe themselves. The workshop takes place in the kitchen, in a friendly atmosphere, and ends with a tasting of the pochouse, with explanations of the local produce and traditions.
