As part of our partnership with La Vallée de la Gastronomie, we’re offering you the chance to spend a half-day discovering our craft.
To awaken your taste buds, your journey will start in Belleville-en-Beaujolais where Loïc Piètre will present a cooking workshop based around one or several of our products (oils, vinegars or fruit powders).
This is not a hands-on cooking class, but you will still have a chance to pitch in occasionally. And of course sample the food that has been prepared before your eyes.
At the end of this “appetizer”, you will be given a recipe card so that you can re-enact your gastronomic experience at home.
A short 20-minute trip will then take you to the gates of our mill in Beaujeu, where you will get a glimpse of our beautiful region, the Beaujolais. During a guided visit of the 19th century workshop, you will learn a few of our manufacturing secrets.
After the visit, you can sample our oils and vinegars and browse our boutique.
