You enter the heart of the house - the gastronomic restaurant Anne-Sophie Pic - through a long corridor where you are immediately immersed in the family history and the present of the chef in the kitchen. Maison Nivon
An emblematic figure of the Valence landscape, the Swiss is a little shortbread character flavoured with candied orange. This typical Valencian character results from a wonderful marriage between gastronomy and history. This speciality was created in honour of Pope Pius VI, who was exiled to Valencia and imprisoned by Bonaparte and to recall the costume of his guards designed by Michelangelo.
