Orchestrated by Michael Christmann and his team, since September 2014, it suggests a contemporary kitchen. Our chef imagine fine cuisine, guided by the seasonality of products. A kitchen that reveals each product to its true value. Accuracy of cooking, seasoning perfection and originality of the presentations, making this table a modern and friendly dining place. As soon as the weather permits, the service is carried out on the terrace, the pool and in front of two beautiful olive trees. Beyond the setting offered by the XVIIth century building, the curious and the gourmands will appreciate the refined and creative dishes of the Chef where the terroir is sublimated by an instinctive cuisine with delicate Asian and Mediterranean influences. La Bégude Saint-Pierre is located in the heart of a magnificent domain extending to the Gorges du Gardon. A real natural setting with a bewitching atmosphere, the place inspires peace and serenity for a dinner on the terrace lined with two hundred year old olive trees. Clive Joyce is a young, creative and passionate chef who has been in his father's kitchens since he was a child. He is now recognized for his style and his artistic fibre. A true culinary graphic artist, his creations are akin to works of art where local ingredients represent the pigments that make up his color palette.
