
Since April 2014, Damien Sanchez, a native of Nîmes, has been managing the kitchens with the single goal of keeping Skab's customers satisfied.
Damien holds a passion for cooking and baking, and takes his inspiration from traditional dishes, and adding his own modern twist.
For him, it is essential to respect the seasons and only use fresh produce.
